This is not just an implementation role.

You will:

Define how we design and build systems
Make key technical decisions
Work closely with the business side
Help shape the future engineering team

■ Responsibilities

Design and develop web systems such as CRM and large-scale CMS
Lead system architecture and technology decisions
Estimate development effort and manage risks
Implement high-quality frontend with strong design fidelity
Build marketing websites and landing pages
Review code and support other engineers (including external partners)
Collaborate with business stakeholders

■ Requirements (Must)

3+ years of backend development experience
Experience building web applications (CMS, CRM, or similar systems)
Experience in system design, requirement definition, and estimation
Solid understanding of frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience working in a team environment
Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-changing environments

■ Preferred (Nice to have)

Experience with Vue.js or React
Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Experience working in startups or small teams
Interest in business impact, not just technology
Experience in client-facing development, such as agency, consulting, or outsourced development projects
